The Cafe Society
In the 1940s, there was one integrated jazz club in New York City where all the greats played: Café Society in the West Village.
Today, The Café Society is a jazz quintet led by tenor saxophonist Justin Flynn (Nancy Wilson, Randy Brecker) and vocalist Emily Wade Adams. Their NYC-based ensemble collaborates with the city's finest jazz musicians to deliver swinging standards with sophistication and soul.

Rebecca Perricone
Labek has been performing since the age of nine. After winning a full scholarship to Cornell University, where she received an MFA, she moved to NYC. There, she pursued a performance career, starring in a number of repertory plays, working on parts in TV and on Broadway. Throughout her career, she spent many hours developing her craft, preparing, and finally bringing all her experience and wisdom to recording her vocal artistry. Labek (AKA Rebecca Malka Perricone) moved to Boston where she presently is part of the faculty at Berklee College of Music. Her life experiences have produced an artist whose powerful voice and passion for storytelling and music must be heard.

Paul Vornhagen

Paul performs on saxophones, flute, piccolo, clarinet and vocals with styles reminiscent of Stan Getz, Dexter Gordon, Herbie Mann, Hubert Laws and Chet Baker (vocals). Based in Ann Arbor, he has released numerous recordings as a bandleader for several labels including Schoolkids, BOPO, PKO, Inner Light and Global Pulse. His Quartet performs throughout Michigan and northern Ohio on a monthly basis as well as touring in California and the Chicago area. His latest Quartet recording was released on February 3, 2025 on Global Pulse Records entitled Paul Vornhagen-Live at the Blue LLama to NPR and Internet Programs.

Since 1997, Dame has headlined venerable venues in Chicago, the Midwest and the nation, collaborating with some of the finest jazz instrumentalists. She has enjoyed residencies at such notable music rooms as the Rainbow Room, Michael Feinstein's 54 Below and the Metropolitan Room in New York City - and in Chicago, Elaine headlined the 2015 Chicago Jazz Festival and appears regularly at Winter's Jazz Club and The Jazz Showcase, to name but a few.
