If you get blocked...
Last week, I shared an update about website security and the steps we're taking to protect All About Jazz from malicious bots and hacking activity.
As part of this effort, some readersand even staffhave occasionally encountered a Cloudflare "Sorry, you have been blocked" message. This doesn't mean anything is wrong with your account. It simply means Cloudflare temporarily flagged an action as suspicious.
I encountered this very same error myself, so you're not alone.
The block can be browser-specificfor example, you might be blocked in Safari but still have access in Chrome or another browser.
If you see this message, the quickest fix is to clear your browser's cache completely and then return to All About Jazz. In most cases, access is immediately restored.
We're actively monitoring the situation and fine-tuning our settings to reduce these interruptions while keeping the site secure. Thanks for your patience as we work through this.
