About Me

RICK MOORE (Birthplace; Plainfield, NJ - 1954) organ, clarinet and drums as child; piano professionally as a teenager - Studied classical piano with Keith McDonald and Jazz piano with Sal Mosca (1975–85) - Worked Jazz engagements in New Jersey with Vinnie Burke, Vic Juris, Judy Niemack, Don Messina & Fred Amend - Relocated to WPB, FL (1986) - Piano engagements @ the International Polo Club, Bear Lakes, Jupiter Island Club Sailfish Club, Mar-a- Lago, Everglades Club, Club Colette, Mariner Sands, Loblolly - Concerts @ the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, Lyric Theater, Watchung Arts Center - Solo piano recordings @ Echo Beach Studio, under the direction of Paul Bley (2009) - Founded the Jupiter Jazz Society (2012) and currently serving on the BOD as President of Jupiter Jazz & Performing Arts Society - Recent performances with Gregg Jackson, Yvette Norwood-Tiger, Keith Jones, Nicholas Biello, Jérôme Degey, Johnny Conga, Randy Johnston, Clifton Davis & Jay Beckenstein.
