About Me

Co-founder of WVIA Public Radio in Northeastern PA, hosted jazz on the station daily for nearly 50 years. Took retirement at the start of 2026, but continue to produce jazz programming on MixCloud. Since 2013 I have been the director of Artistry & Repertoire for Chiaroscuro Records, a 50+ year old label with a catalog of over 100 albums. I also work as a producer/recording & mix engineer, having produced a weekly music performance series on WVIA. Produced and/or recorded several jazz albums including by Dave Liebman, Bill Mays, and Phil Woods.
